The throttle device installation instructions

The throttle device is divided into standard throttling device and non-standard throttling device two kinds big. All design and installation, and use meet the international standards of ISO5167 and (or) of national standards GB/T2624 called standard throttle device, other called non-standard throttling devices. The dosage of the standard throttle device is greater than the latter, rather than the standard throttle device structure, variety of diameter specification and scope of applicable medium conditions are far more than and greater than the former.
1, the purposes and characteristics
(1) the throttle device with differential pressure transmitter, and other supporting flow totalizer.especially, differential pressure flowmeter, the throttle device installed in the pipeline, is flow measurement. Is mainly used in measuring various gas flowing through a pipe (pure or containing dust), steam (saturated or overheating) and liquid (conductive or non-conductive, strong corrosive, viscous or contained a small dirt particles, etc.) of the traffic. Can be directly measured or volume flow to mass flow.

Throttling device is first used, is the oldest and dosage the biggest, the most widely used method of flow measurement, it has many main advantages as follows.
1) standard throttle device without a solid flow calibration determine its measuring accuracy. (only) in current meter.
2) apply wide measured medium, can be used in almost all gas, steam and liquid flow measurement.
3) diameter range, 2 ~ Φ Φ 3000 mm (or more); Cross section shape: rounded rectangle.
4) the use of pressure can be up to 32 mpa; Also can be used in the negative pressure.
5) medium temperature range: - 185 ~ + 650 ℃, flowmeter has no other possibility.
6) non-standard throttling device structure varied. Can be used almost all kinds of fluid flow measurement.
7) can be set up by the differential flexible range change flow range at the scene.
8) use, simple operation, easy to master, small amount of maintenance.
2, action principle
Throttling device measuring flow rate is based on the principle of the famous "efforts to fluid mechanics principle. As shown in figure 1 a throttle was laid in pipe. Has a fluid flow through the throttle parts will produce a pressure difference on both sides of the throttling parts (the differential Δ P), then the flow rate is proportional to the square root of the differential pressure:
