◆Overview
The integrated liquid level transmitter is a fully stainless steel design fully sealed input level measuring instrument. This product uses high-stability, high-reliability imported sensor chip and high-precision intelligent transmitter processing circuit. It adopts precision digital circuit technology and nonlinear correction technology, and is a high-precision liquid level measurement product. The waterproof air guiding cable is sealed and connected to the outer casing, and the vent pipe is inside the cable and can be used for long-term use in liquid. The integrated structure and standardized output signals provide convenience for field use and automation. The product works in a two-wire system, small in size, light in weight, easy to install, and easy to use. It is suitable for liquid level measurement and control in petroleum, chemical, power plant, urban water supply and hydrological exploration.
The split type liquid level transmitter is a high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as a measuring component, which accurately measures the hydrostatic pressure proportional to the liquid level depth and converts it into a standard (current or voltage) signal through a signal conditioning circuit. The output establishes a linear correspondence between the output signal and the depth of the liquid to achieve measurement of the depth of the liquid. The product has high precision and small volume. The special gas-conducting cable and advanced technology sealing technology have good anti-leakage performance. It can be directly input into the liquid for a long time, and the liquid height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid surface can be measured, which is convenient to use. It is suitable for liquid level measurement and control in petroleum, chemical, power plant, urban water supply and hydrological exploration.
The high temperature level transmitter consists of a stainless steel probe, a stainless steel capillary and a transmitter. It can be directly used in the high temperature medium to be tested. The sensor tightly sealed in the liquid level transmitter housing is a diffused silicon core. The position pressure is applied to the sensor diaphragm by the stainless steel probe and the closed gas in the capillary, which avoids the direct contact between the sensor and the measured medium, thus ensuring the measurement of the high temperature liquid medium.

The anti-corrosion liquid level transmitter is a ceramic pressure sensor with a special PTFE sheathed air guide cable. Mainly used for liquid level measurement of corrosive media such as acid and alkali. The transmitter is reliably sealed at all stages of the housing air cable sensor to ensure a long service life of the transmitter. It is widely used in liquid level measurement in chemical and pharmaceutical storage tanks.
